Our product collections are primarily categorized by function and will be released globally in a unified launch at 8:00 PM GMT on Mar 12, 2026. Pre-orders are now open, and you are welcome to secure your items ahead of the official release.

Each item within the Five-Element Supplement Series is limited to 99 bracelets, and quantities are extremely limited. To ensure a high-quality service experience for our existing customers, once a batch of the Five-Element bracelets is sold out, production will not resume in the short term. Prices may fluctuate depending on global raw crystal material costs.

We will be launching additional themed bracelet collections at the beginning of April 2026, followed by quarterly releases and other themed crystal designs inspired by practical and contemporary aesthetic trends. For personalised custom designs based on the 2026 March First Edition Dao Love "Five Supplement Series", pricing will be determined according to the functional needs of the individual customer. Please refer to Item 16 for detailed information.

Our VIP service includes confidential, private decoding support. Customers may ask one question related to the energetic information of the crystal they purchased (within 3 months of the purchase date).

• How it works: Submit one key question along with a photo of you wearing the crystal. Our customer service team will provide a PDF decoding report within 3–5 working days.

If a high volume of customers subscribe to this service, we will promptly notify you of any necessary extension to the scheduling timeframe.

Each product includes an English version certificate of authenticity for the primary crystal.

If you require certification for any additional items beyond the main crystal, a fee of £9.99 per item applies. Please contact our customer service team before shipment to confirm the items requiring testing. Once the package has been dispatched, additional testing cannot be added.

If post-shipment identification is required, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping fees as well as the testing cost.

Our bracelet accessories are primarily crafted in silver with gold plating. If you prefer alternative metal components, such as 18K gold, you may request a replacement through customer service. Prices for accessory changes will vary depending on style and material.

Please note: The price of the bracelet will not be reduced due to accessory removal or simplification.

All natural crystals are one of a kind. Variations in colour, texture, internal bubbles, inclusions, mineral marks, or natural fissures are inherent characteristics formed by nature and do not constitute defects.

Due to differences in lighting, photography angles, and screen displays, the colour of the actual item may vary slightly from the photos. Please refer to the actual product.

Variations in bead size, transparency, polish, and the appearance of rings or pendants may occur. These differences reflect the natural qualities of the crystals as well as the handcrafted nature of the pieces.

Customer Cleansing Guide:

• Once per month, or whenever you feel energetically low, place the crystal in a clean container (one that has never held meat) filled with plain water.

• Ensure the water fully covers the crystal.

• Leave it in a ventilated place to soak for 1–2 days, then wipe dry.

If metal components come into contact with cleaning agents, chemical solutions, or experience regular wear during daily use, changes in color or luster may occur. These are considered normal signs of use.

All Dao Love products are handcrafted. Minor variations in size, knot marks, or subtle handmade traces are natural characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship, not product defects.

Crystals behave similarly to skin—excessive sunlight may cause colors to fade and reduce energetic vitality. This is especially true for light-sensitive crystals such as Lepidolite Starshine and similar varieties.

Please avoid prolonged direct exposure to strong sunlight, particularly during outdoor activities in summer.

Natural crystals have a Mohs hardness of approximately 7, which is generally higher than that of synthetic or imitation stones.

Nevertheless, please avoid intentional impact, dropping, or friction with hard objects to prevent internal fractures or subtle lines.

Do not expose crystals to perfumes, hand soap, body wash, or other chemical products, as they may cause corrosion, fading, or weakening of the cord.

Bathing may expose crystals to detergents, which can affect their energetic quality and shorten the lifespan of the cord.

It is recommended to remove bracelets before sleeping. You may place them under your pillow to avoid wear on the cord and maintain a calm energy field during rest.

When the wearer is emotionally low, energetically imbalanced, or under stress, the crystal may temporarily "absorb" negative energy on their behalf.

If the cord breaks, the crystal falls off, or the piece naturally separates, it may indicate that the absorbed energy has been released or that a phase of energetic protection has been completed.

This is not a negative sign—it is a natural expression of the crystal's energetic function.

At Dao Love, we sincerely hope every parcel arrives safely. To avoid misunderstandings and ensure your high-value items are protected, please carefully review the following information.

14.1 Remote Area Surcharge

Some U.S. mainland addresses are classified as "remote areas" by UPS/FedEx.

• Surcharge: £4 per parcel

• Valid up to 6 months from shipment

• Common remote warehouse codes include: ORD2, ALB1, RIC1, MGE3, TEB4, BNA2, CHO1, MCE1, SCK4, DEN8, LAS1

This fee is set by the carrier, and we appreciate your understanding.

14.2 Signature Delivery & Proof of Delivery

• Standard delivery may not require a signature. If the recipient is absent, UPS/FedEx may leave the parcel at the doorstep.

• Signature-required service (£6 per parcel) is available to reduce risk.

• Proof of Delivery (£6 per parcel) is optional for higher-value shipments.

If tracking shows delivery but you believe the parcel was not received:

1. Contact your local UPS/FedEx office

2. File a claim and obtain a reference number

3. Provide the reference number to Dao Love for investigation

Dao Love does not provide compensation if the carrier confirms successful delivery.

14.3 Service Coverage

• U.S. mainland only (no P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or remote islands).

• Non-service areas: Alaska (995–999), Hawaii/Guam (966–969), Puerto Rico (006–009), U.S. Virgin Islands.

• We will promptly contact customers for orders to unsupported areas and suggest providing an alternative address within our serviceable regions.

14.4 Address Changes During Transit

For non-FBA shipments, any address change requested after dispatch will incur charges, which must be borne by the customer.

14.5 Address Accuracy & Reassignment

• Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate.

• If UPS/FedEx corrects or reassigns the address, resulting charges will be billed to the customer based on the official invoice.

• Once dispatched, parcels cannot be intercepted, canceled, or recalled.

14.6 No Refund for Confirmed Delivery

For orders where UPS/FedEx tracking confirms delivery:

• Dao Love will not provide delivery service refunds for parcels marked as successfully delivered.

• Customers must cooperate with the carrier to file claims if parcels are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

This policy protects both high-value items and the integrity of our services.

14.7 Chargeback & Fraud Protection

• Any chargeback or payment dispute without a valid carrier claim reference number will not be accepted.

• Dao Love reserves the right to provide documentation of shipping, tracking, and delivery confirmation to all payment providers.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment information is valid and secure.

14.8 High-Value Crystal Safe Shipping

• For high-value crystal items, we recommend signature-required and/or proof-of-delivery services.

• Orders with multiple high-value items may be shipped in separate parcels for safety.

• Dao Love carefully packages all crystals to prevent damage, but customers acknowledge that international shipping involves risks beyond our control.

• Any shipping insurance, additional packaging, or special handling requests can be arranged at the customer's expense.

14.9 Final Reminder

International shipping involves third-party carriers. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept all above shipping terms, including risk of doorstep delivery, confirmed delivery no-refund policy, and responsibility for high-value item protection.

Because each natural crystal is unique, every bracelet undergoes energetic cleansing, tuning, and charging before being shipped, ensuring it arrives in its most radiant state.

Natural inclusions, textures, and mineral marks are inherent characteristics—not defects.

Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality-related reasons, such as:

• natural patterns, inclusions, or mineral marks

• personal preference

• subjective differences in appearance

Returns/exchanges are only supported for:

• Quality issues such as breakage, missing beads, or metal parts falling off

• Logistical issues such as lost parcels (we will assist in tracing the package)

Crystals are fragile items and must be signed for in person.

If a package is lost due to long-term failure to sign, or if the item is received damaged and not inspected immediately upon arrival, the responsibility lies with the recipient and we cannot provide refunds or exchanges.

For overseas customers (excluding Mainland China), Dao Love offers one lifetime opportunity to repurchase the same design at 50% off in the case of accidental loss or breakage.

If any of the above quality issues occur, customers may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees when returning items to our designated address in China.

Once the returned product is confirmed to be intact and the packaging is complete, the refund will be processed.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment account within 5–15 business days.

Dao Love offers private, personalized crystal frequency customization based on the Five Elements (Wu Xing 五行) and individual Bazi (birth chart).
