Because each natural crystal is unique, every bracelet undergoes energetic cleansing, tuning, and charging before being shipped, ensuring it arrives in its most radiant state.
Natural inclusions, textures, and mineral marks are inherent characteristics—not defects.
Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality-related reasons, such as:
• natural patterns, inclusions, or mineral marks
• personal preference
• subjective differences in appearance
We’re sorry, but we do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, energy activation, crystal insight reports, tarot consultation services, crystal pendulum consultation services, chakra exploration services, interpretation of astrological chart, along with other related consultation services provided by our company.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns/exchanges are only supported for:
• Quality issues such as breakage, missing beads, or metal parts falling off
• Logistical issues such as lost parcels (we will assist in tracing the package)
Crystals are fragile items and must be signed for in person.
If a package is lost due to long-term failure to sign, or if the item is received damaged and not inspected immediately upon arrival, the responsibility lies with the recipient and we cannot provide refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
For overseas customers (excluding Mainland China), Dao Love offers one lifetime opportunity to repurchase the same design at 50% off in the case of accidental loss or breakage.
Unconditional Return Policy
If any of the above quality issues occur, customers may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returns must meet certain conditions. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@daolovespiart.com. If your return is accepted, our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees when returning items to our designated address in China. Customers are required to provide the shipping tracking number, postage receipt, and a photo of the returned package to customer service.

Refund
Once the returned product is confirmed to be intact and the packaging is complete, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment account within 5–15 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
