At Dao Love, we sincerely hope every parcel arrives safely. To avoid misunderstandings and ensure your high-value items are protected, please carefully review the following information.
Shipping Notice for Different Countries
1. United State🇺🇸
Remote Area Surcharge
Some U.S. mainland addresses are classified as “remote areas” by UPS/FedEx.
Surcharge: £4 per parcel
Valid up to 6 months from shipment
Common remote warehouse codes include: ORD2, ALB1, RIC1, MGE3, TEB4, BNA2, CHO1, MCE1, SCK4, DEN8, LAS1
This fee is set by the carrier, and we appreciate your understanding.
Signature Delivery & Proof of Delivery
Standard delivery may not require a signature. If the recipient is absent, UPS/FedEx may leave the parcel at the doorstep.
Signature-required service (£6 per parcel) is available to reduce risk.
Proof of Delivery (£6 per parcel) is optional for higher-value shipments.
If tracking shows delivery but you believe the parcel was not received:
1.Contact your local UPS/FedEx office
2.File a claim and obtain a reference number
3.Provide the reference number to Dao Love for investigation
Dao Love does not provide compensation if the carrier confirms successful delivery.
Service Coverage
U.S. mainland only (no P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or remote islands).
Non-service areas: Alaska (995–999), Hawaii/Guam (966–969), Puerto Rico (006–009), U.S. Virgin Islands.
We will promptly contact customers for orders to unsupported areas and suggest providing an alternative address within our serviceable regions.
Address Changes During Transit
For non-FBA shipments, any address change requested after dispatch will incur charges, which must be borne by the customer.
Address Accuracy & Reassignment
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate.
If UPS/FedEx corrects or reassigns the address, resulting charges will be billed to the customer based on the official invoice.
Once dispatched, parcels cannot be intercepted, canceled, or recalled.
No Refund for Confirmed Delivery
For orders where UPS/FedEx tracking confirms delivery:
Dao Love will not provide delivery service refunds for parcels marked as successfully delivered.
Customers must cooperate with the carrier to file claims if parcels are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
This policy protects both high-value items and the integrity of our services.
2. United Kingdom🇬🇧
Delivery Confirmation
All shipments tracked via Royal Mail are considered successfully delivered once the Royal Mail website shows a signed or completed delivery status.
Lost Parcels
If Royal Mail tracking shows the parcel as dispatched but no delivery confirmation appears (excluding scanning errors), Dao Love will treat the parcel as lost.
Kindly contact our company as soon as possible. We will review and handle the matter in accordance with the shipping insurance or other protection arrangements purchased prior to dispatch.
Unsuccessful Delivery / Returned Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to our warehouse, return and re-dispatch fees will apply:
1.Return Fee: £6 per parcel (for wrong addresses, unreachable recipients, or refusal of delivery)
2.Re-Dispatch Fee: £4 per parcel (after confirming return to our warehouse)
If the re-dispatch address is remote or exceeds weight/size limits, additional fees for remote area or oversize/overweight parcels will apply as per our price table.
In case of loss during return or re-dispatch, compensation is £5 per kg, shipping fees are non-refundable.

IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PA80, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, GY, JE, IM
Area B – £5 per parcel
BT, TR21-25, AB35-38, AB53-56, FK18-19, PO30-41
Friendly Reminder
Dao Love carefully reviews all UK addresses before dispatch to avoid unnecessary surcharges.
If your order is returned due to address errors or failed delivery, the fees above will apply.
We recommend providing a valid, complete, and serviceable delivery address to ensure smooth delivery.
Tip for Customers:
For remote areas, consider Royal Mail Signature Service or proof-of-delivery options to reduce risk.

3.Australia 🇦🇺
If a shipment is returned to the overseas warehouse due to an incorrect address, failure to contact the recipient, or refusal by the recipient, a return processing fee of CNY 100 per shipment will be charged.
Once the returned shipment has been confirmed as received at our warehouse, if reshipment is requested, a redelivery fee of CNY 150 per shipment will apply.
If the reshipment address is located in a remote area, or the shipment exceeds the standard weight or size limits, additional surcharges for overweight, oversize, or remote area delivery will apply in accordance with the applicable pricing schedule.
4.New Zealand 🇳🇿
If the parcel is returned to the overseas warehouse due to an incorrect address, inability to contact the recipient, or refusal by the recipient, a return handling fee of £6 per parcel will be charged.
After the returned parcel is confirmed to have arrived at our warehouse, if reshipment is requested, a redelivery fee of £12 per parcel will be charged.
5. Canada 🇨🇦
If the parcel is returned to the overseas warehouse due to an incorrect address, inability to contact the recipient, or refusal by the recipient, a return handling fee of RMB 50 per parcel will be charged.
After the returned parcel is confirmed to have arrived at our warehouse, if reshipment is requested, a redelivery fee of RMB 150 per parcel will be charged.
If the reshipment address is located in a remote area, or the parcel exceeds the weight or size limits, additional surcharges for overweight, oversize, or remote area delivery will apply according to the pricing table.
Chargeback & Fraud Protection
Any chargeback or payment dispute without a valid carrier claim reference number will not be accepted.
Dao Love reserves the right to provide documentation of shipping, tracking, and delivery confirmation to all payment providers.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment information is valid and secure.
High-Value Crystal Safe Shipping
For high-value crystal items, we recommend signature-required and/or proof-of-delivery services.
Orders with multiple high-value items may be shipped in separate parcels for safety.
Dao Love carefully packages all crystals to prevent damage, but customers acknowledge that international shipping involves risks beyond our control.
Any shipping insurance, additional packaging, or special handling requests can be arranged at the customer’s expense.
Final Reminder
International shipping involves third-party carriers. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept all above shipping terms, including risk of doorstep delivery, confirmed delivery no-refund policy, and responsibility for high-value item protection.
